Miss E recognition...

Emily was recognized at school yesterday.  At the recognition assembly, the teachers write a few things down that stand out about their student.  Emily's teacher wrote that she "has a voice of a songbird."  The principle was surprised about this information, didn't realize that Emily sang.  He proceeded to ask Emily to sing on the spot.  To our surprise Emily took the invitation and sang in front of the 400 + students, teachers and parents that were there.

Lets just say we were very proud parents. (insert tears here)

Thank you!
When the principal asked me to sing I was very shocked! I did not expect him to ask me to sing in front of everybody. But how could I say no! I know that everyone is a song bird and I hope everyone can at least try to face their fear!
Love
Emily
